I have lived from down town to outskirts (like Calera de Tango and San Bernardo) but today I'm living in La Florida. I always lived in an apartment or in small places so now that im living in a house i have garden, silent, space, privacy, etc. and i can tell you that it is really nice.
I live in a village called Los Abedules and the people who lives there is very quite and warm . When someone have troubles they always are there to help. They care so much about you that you can go and ask for a cup of sugar (like old times) and they will give it to you with a big smile on their faces. You can count on them and they can count on you as well.
Since I arrived to my actual home, I adopted two dogs, Nieblita and Romeo. Both are very big so they needed more space than an apartment can offer so live in this village gave us space, green areas and calm that we wanted.
I really enjoy live in this zone but the bad point is always the same, long travels. Even when I got plenty access to buses, “colectivos” and subway, it always takes me around one hour or more to go anywhere out of La Florida so, What can I do? Nothing but enjoy everything else.

You're really lucky to have a place so comfortable there. I think that the best part of all of it is the silence and the opportunity to share with your pets at the same time that they can have some fun.
